At HED Cycling, we are committed to providing high-performance gear that meets your racing needs; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your HED products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all wheel spacers and protective materials are included to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the gear for integrity, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
